If, after receiving the score and CD, you decide not to complete the requirements for the Test Drive Discount Program, we ask that you return the material to us.

We respect your privacy and will not sell or transfer any of the information you provide to any other entity for use in their mailing listings or sales contact programs.

We reserve the right to accept or reject any application to Test Drive our compositions.

If your application is accepted, we will ship to you--at no charge--two printed copies of the score, one copy of the applicable CD and an evaluation sheet.

We apologize for making this application so "serious" and "formal," but we must protect the copyright of the authors and composers. The score and CD are copyrighted material, and you may not duplicate this material in any form, or transfer any of the material to the internet by any means or in any format. The material is furnished strictly for your personal use in participation with our Test Drive Program.
